* Does this product really work?
Yes, our products work well. However, results vary from person to person. There are customers who have had results in as little as a week, while others may see results in 30 days. You should see some kind of results within 7-14 days.
* How soon can I see results?
Results vary per person. We advise that you use the product consistently for 30 days before seeing results but some have seen results in as little as a week. Just use the product according to the instructions on the bottle. Consistency is key.
* What are the ingredients?
Every product is different, please see each product individually on our site where ingredients are listed.
* Does your products work for all hair types/textures?
Yes, our products work for all hair types/textures.
* Does your products help with alopecia?
We have had a number of customers with alopecia to see results from using our products but we would always advise you to ask your doctor before using.
* Can your products be used on children?
Yes we've had customers use it on children as young as 6 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients and fragrances.
* Do I need the whole line or can I just use the hair growth oil?
You can choose to use only the oil but your hair will benefit even more from using the whole line collectively.
* Can you use your products on relaxed or permed hair?
Yes, our products work well on all styles including relaxed or permed hair.
* Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are shipping only to the United States, Canada and Australia. Please note that customs fees are not included and not covered by Tatistouch Experience.
* What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on your address and your order. You will have to review the shipping costs at the time of purchase.
* What are your best selling products?
Our top selling product is our Grown Out Tresses Hair growth oil.
* What would you suggest for those with color treated hair?
Those with color treated hair can receive great results from all of our products!
* Do I have to continually use your products once I get the desired results?
No, our products are meant to get your hair back on the right track but you will reap full benefits if you stay consistent.
* Will my hair fall out if I stop using your products?
We have not experienced any reverse effects from the discontinued use of our products.

* Do you sell hair extensions?
Yes! Due to high demand, we have brought back our virgin Hair Extensions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all hair extensions.
* When will my order ship?
All products take 7-10 business days to process. Day 1 starts the day after your order is received. Tracking information is sent via email after processing.
Please allow processing of up to 15 days for raw hair + wig orders.
* What shipping courier do you use?
Currently we ship all of our domestic orders with USPS.
* How long will it take to receive my order?
After your order has been shipped, it can take 3-5 business days to receive.
* Do you offer tracking for shipped orders?
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has left the processing window which is (7-10 business days) but it is possible to receive information sooner.
* How long have you been in business?
Tatistouch Experience has been in business for 6 years.
* What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. You can email any questions to info@tatistouchexperience.com please be sure to include your order number.
* Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we have sales and send out promotional offers to those that are subscribed to our mailing list.
* Q: How long will it take to see hair growth?
* A: Hair growth is seen in as fast as 7-14 days with our all natural hair growth oil.
* Q: How often should I apply the oil?
* A: The hair growth oil is safe to use twice a day, apply directly to the scalp and massage into scalp
* Q: My oil says delivered but I don’t see it, what do I do?
* A: We recommend first contacting your local Usps to see where the shipping driver delivered your package exactly.
